Aid stations will be stocked with GU, GU Brew, water, Coke or Pepsi, and a complete line of ultra sweet and salty foods.

We highly recommend you carry two water bottles.

Medical Captains and Aid Station Captains have the authority to pull anyone from the race for medical or safety reasons.
